Training Dates: The training dates below have been approved; however if a minimum of 20 attendees are not registered two weeks prior to the training, it will be canceled. If one of the training's does not have a link to a registration page it is because the exact location has not yet been decided. Please call our office or check back with this webpage at a later date.
How to register: To register for one of the Live basic training's please click on the location dates of the training you would like to attend in the table below; you will be directed to the registration page for that specific training. Please only register once. Also, please be prepared to print your registration confirmation page or to save it in your favorites folder as this page will have all of the specific information for the training you have registered for, including a map, agenda and invoice.
Registration for each scheduled training will be closed one week prior the training start date. Cost: The cost for the Live Basic Domestic Violence Training is $50.00 (with an exception for DCFS employees who will not be charged unless they fail to show or cancel ahead of time for the training). If you are registered for the training and you cannot attend please cancel no later than one week before the training start date or you will still be charged the registration fee (even if you do not attend).
Once you register for one of the UDVC’s live training's you will receive an agenda, map, payment invoice and other important information about the training; please print this information and keep it for your records.
Lunch: Lunch will not be provided during the training. We strongly suggest that all participants plan ahead of time by bringing a sack lunch. While you can leave the premises for lunch, we do not encourage you to do so due to the amount of time it takes and the limited time we have to present the training. It is also part of our goal to bring local providers closer together and provide a place for networking and problem solving in your local area; lunch is the perfect time for people to do just that!
PAYMENTS: At this time the UDVC can accept payment by cash or check, we cannot currently accept credit card payments, sorry for any inconvenience. Payment instructions will be sent with the registration confirmation, agenda and map.

In honor of SAAM 2008, we invite you to join members of the Salt Lake County Sexual Assault Response Team (SLSART) and the Utah Coalition Against Sexual Assault to network with community partners and view the evocative photographic works of local artist Cat Palmer. This will be an opportunity to learn about the purpose of the SLSART and to learn about UCASA's resources for establishing new SARTs throughout Utah. ?Light refreshments will be provided.

Registration Forms should be turned in to Susan Knadler at 150 E. Center, Suite 5100, Provo, UT, 84606. Additional registration forms can be obtained by emailing HYPERLINK "mailto:sknadler@utah.gov" sknadler@utah.gov, or they can be picked up at the Provo Police Department.
Registration by Mail must be received by Wednesday, April 16th, 2008. The entry fee is $15.00 and $5.00 for kids 12 and under. Checks should be made out to United Way.
Registration after April 16thth- The entry fee after April 16th is $20.00 and $8.00 for kids 12 and under. Registration and Check-in will start at 8:00 a.m. the day of the race.
Start Time - The race will start at 9:00 a.m. at 1600 West 500 North in Provo (Paul Reams Wilderness Park). Please arrive by 8:30 a.m.
T-shirts will be given to everyone who participates in the race. LOTS OF AWESOME RAFFLE PRIZES!!! Proceeds will be used to for Child Abuse Prevention Activities.
